Now working in a travel agency. This agency only do booking for big companies. They don't do for people like us. It's a totally different experience. I've learnt how to issue Exchange Order, check the travellers, booking and confirming of booking and issue visa. Now I know a lot about travel agency. Those people that need visa to travel, we will have to do the visa for them. When doing visa, we have to go through the visa agency and the varies embassy. After they have finish processing the visa, we will have to do the final work- sending the visa to the client. There are a lot of process that most of us are not aware of. I learn about all this process when I work here. Now I know that there are there are lots of steps in order to finish a good travelling experience for people.
